Privacy and your data

How LuvSine handles accounts, profile photos, private conversations, safety reports and account deletion.

What you provide

We store your email address, password hash, birth date, profile details, selected intentions, uploaded or captured photos, conversations and safety reports. For new registrations, we record when you accept the Terms and the applicable Terms and Privacy notice versions. We also store account sessions, message allowance records and daily check-in streaks to run the service.

What other members see

Approved members in your chosen Dating or Meet section can see your reviewed profile, age, city, interests and photos. Your email address and birth date are not displayed to other members. Your profile is not a public web directory.

Photos and conversations

Photos are stored privately and provided through short-lived links to authorized members. Image metadata is removed during image preparation. Camera capture and manual review do not certify your identity or liveness. Conversation participants can read their messages. The owner can review relevant profiles and conversations when handling safety reports.

Service providers and device access

Floot hosts the application, database and file storage and provides account-recovery email delivery. Passwords are hashed; recovery uses a time-limited code. The app requests camera access when you choose to take a portrait. Closing the camera view stops its stream. LuvSine's built-in visitor analytics are disabled in this release.

Retention and deletion

Account information is retained while your account is in use. Deletion immediately hides your profile and revokes sessions, redacts your messages and queues private photos for removal. Storage cleanup can retry after a provider error. Safety reports and minimal records needed to enforce safety or meet applicable obligations may remain. Protected backups may retain earlier records until those backups are retired; deleting an account is not an instant erasure of every backup.

Your choices

You can sign out of all LuvSine sessions from Account & safety. Sign-out removes the signed-in member data held in that browser's application cache after the server confirms the request. Another device may continue to display previously loaded content until it checks its session or is reloaded; revoked sessions cannot authorize new requests. You can edit your profile and intentions, revoke camera permission in your device settings, block or report members, and delete your account. See account-deletion instructions. Access to profile review and report evidence is restricted to the owner administrator.

Use a member's Safety & options menu to report a concern to the owner. For account access, use Sign in → Forgot password. For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, contact Syndicate Hub LLC at syndicatehubllc@gmail.com or at the mailing address below. Do not send passwords or recovery codes. We may need to verify account control before acting on an account-specific request.
