Delete your LuvSine account

Delete your LuvSine account from the app or website. Learn what is removed and how to recover access first.

You can delete your account from LuvSine on the web, including if you no longer have the Android app installed.

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account & safety in the member menu.
3. Expand Delete your account.
4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and choose Permanently delete account.

Forgot your password?

Open Sign in, choose Forgot password, and enter your account email. Use the recovery code only inside the app. Then return to Account & safety to delete the account. Never send a password or recovery code to another person.

Need help requesting deletion?

If you cannot regain access, email Syndicate Hub LLC at syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with the subject “LuvSine account deletion request.” Send the request from your account email where possible. We may need to verify account control before deletion. Do not send your password or recovery code.

What happens to your data?

Your profile is hidden and your sessions are revoked immediately. Your messages are redacted and your private photos are queued for removal. Safety reports and minimal records needed for safety or applicable obligations may be retained; protected backups can retain earlier records until retirement. See Privacy and your data for details.
